Will you take our support to a new level? Due to our strong growth, we are looking for a new colleague. Do you enjoy interacting with customers all over the world, mostly in English, contributing solutions and raising our general level of support to the next level? Then we are looking for you!

What are you going to do?

As a support engineer you are the point of contact for our customers. You know the functionalities and applications of our platform like no other, you think along with users to make better use of Capptions and you provide advice to the development team for general improvements in the platform. You ask what the customer means exactly and come up with creative solutions. If you get the same questions several times, write a clear article in our help center or record a video so that you don't have to answer that question twice. In this way you work on constant improvement and you ensure that our customers can be helped even faster and better in the future. In addition, you organize online webinars every quarter to bring users up-to-date about the very latest features of the Capptions platform.

What do we expect from you? You:

  • have thinking level
  • speak and write well in English and Dutch. Other languages are an advantage.
  • listen well and understand questions quickly
  • are a go-getter who does not wait for direction
  • work in a structured way
  • live in (the vicinity of) Rotterdam

Capptions is a young software company from Rotterdam. We are building a platform with mobile apps that will be used by our customers for the collection and follow-up of safety, asset and process-related data.
