Bosch's building-technology work is about keeping large, complex buildings safe, efficient and comfortable — safety, security, communication, automation and incident management, all in one. Reporting across that scope needed a tool flexible enough to bend to Bosch's own layout and run on whatever device is to hand.
We chose the Capptions app because we were looking for an app to create bottom-up reports for our fire alarm and public address systems, where we can put our own layout in and which we can use on different devices.

The result is the Bosch Inspections app — used to quickly report unsafe situations and accidents, and to file maintenance reports for fire alarm and public address systems. Next on the roadmap: online tracking and safety-awareness push notifications tied to the Safety Culture Ladder.
