Aboma is a safety advisory agency specialising in construction and vertical transport; Heembouw is a design-and-build company delivering offices and housing. Keeping site safety consistent across a constantly changing construction environment is a continuous challenge — and it needed one shared way of working, not a binder of separate procedures.
The answer was the Aboma Check App, built on Capptions. It lets Heembouw run safety inspections using Aboma's own methodology, capturing data on the spot instead of on paper — so the expertise of the advisor and the daily reality of the builder finally sit in the same system.
In practice that means the app handles more than 3,000 inspections a year, turning scattered site checks into structured, analysable safety data. Unsafe situations surface early enough to act on, and Heembouw gets to build a safety-first culture on evidence rather than gut feel — with workplace inspections lined up to move into the same app next.
