Imperial Brands' field workforce — safety reps and inspectors spread across sites — ran on a paper process that didn't fit how dispersed the team actually was.

A rep in the field would have to go home before they could even start on the paperwork: print a form, fill it in, and hand-deliver it before anyone at HQ saw it.

Safety is a key piece of work for us as a business at the moment and we believe that the Capptions app will allow us to make this change.
