Imperial Brands' field workforce — safety reps and inspectors spread across sites — ran on a paper process that didn't fit how dispersed the team actually was.
A rep in the field would have to go home before they could even start on the paperwork: print a form, fill it in, and hand-deliver it before anyone at HQ saw it.

Capptions replaced that with a branded mobile inspection app — “I Own Safety” — plus info kiosks installed directly in office environments, so reporting didn't depend on being at a desk at all. What used to require a trip home and a printer now takes about a minute.
The rollout didn't stay in one region. It started in the UK and expanded into continental Europe and Australia — proof the process held up across very different sites and teams, not just the one it was built for first.
