Capptions runs its primary production infrastructure on Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, primarily in the Nuremberg datacentre. Specific ancillary services — object storage for uploaded media and documents, transactional email, notifications, CDN and the container registry — run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Dublin, Ireland. Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS, CDN, DDoS protection and a web application firewall in front of our services. All processing stays within the EU/EEA. All your data is encrypted and cannot be accessed by or sold to any third party.
