Start creating a template by following step 1 and 2 of the serie 'Get Started'.
When you get to the step where you can choose an answering type select: Long text
Long text is used when wanting to receive a detailed explanation or description of an inspection.
Example
The person at hand doing the inspection leaving remarks/observations made. This would require a more in depth description of the observed inspection.
In the advanced section you can set the maximum characters for the response so the person filling out the form doesn't write an endless amount of information.
