Burger Food Group runs 23 Burger King restaurants across the Netherlands, most of them around Amsterdam. Keeping compliance and cleaning consistent across all of them was a daily problem — because every restaurant tracked its own tasks, its own way.
Prior to using Capptions, the situation was that every manager used his own Excel sheets. Nowadays we have the Capptions system, which gives us a one-page overview of the situation of all the different tasks in our restaurants.

What changed
Since we are using Capptions we are more in control in measuring our external cleaning and maintenance companies. When something's not compliant, it's flagged by our restaurant managers in the Capptions system.
